We want every graduate's photo to look great on the screen and on social media. Take 30 seconds to check these before you upload — it makes a big difference. One submission per graduate, please.

✓ Do

Use a clear, well-lit photo of just your graduate
Cap-and-gown, senior, or graduation photos work great
Vertical or square photos display best
Double-check the spelling of their name and school
Submit one photo per graduate (a backup is okay)

✕ Don't

Submit blurry, dark, or low-resolution photos
Send screenshots of photos — quality drops a lot
Use group photos where it's hard to find your graduate
Include other people who haven't given permission
Wait until the last minute — slides take time to build
